Topic: Automate report to PDF file save, name to directory (Via Email)

This is my first time using the list and I'm hoping that someone can please
help me.
I am working on a reporting system built in Access 2000 (VBA) on a Windows
2000 machine, it prints or previews over 10 different reports based on
certain criteria)
The code programatically opens each report as below:
DoCmd.OpenReport "rptDom_SXM", acViewPreview, , strWhere

DoCmd.OpenReport "rptDom_SXM", acViewNormal, , strWhere

I want to automate running Access reports,
saving each one run to a adobe .pdf file (using Acrobat Distiller)

I know that I can manually print to the acrobat distiller driver, type in
the file name and directory to save it to but I want this automated.

*** depending on the report that I run, and other criteria
(i.e. client name, account) I need to save each report, to a .pdf
file in a specified folder, and given a unique file name.

I've received some from initial help with examples using PDFWriter on
Windows 95 however I would like to use Distiller for .eps files that the MS
Access reports may need to use in the future (maybe I could change them to
..bmp - if it doesn't make a huge difference .. anyway). There seems to be a
variety of ways to accomplish what I want to do but nothing that is very cut
and dry. Should I use a windows api or acrobat distiller api for this? Am
I overcomplicating things? What is the best way to do this?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
