Topic: Problem with Plug-ins

Hi,
As I had sometime back said, I am a newbie at plug-ins and most of you might find my questions very funny...excuse me for that...

I have an example plug-in code that came along with the Acrobat SDK, I build it to .API in the plug-in directory of Acrobat, but when Acrobat tries to load it, I get the following error :
-------------------------
LDR: Automatic DLL Relocation in AcroRd32.exe
LDR: Dll BMCount.api base 10000000 relocated due to collision with F:\adobe\Reader\AGM.dll
-------------------------
And it does not load my plug-in.
One interesting part to this is, when i load a plug-in that I downloaded from internet, I receive the same message but still it gets loaded,
-------------------------------
LDR: Automatic DLL Relocation in AcroRd32.exe
LDR: Dll Title32.api base 10000000 relocated due to collision with F:\adobe\Reader\AGM.dll
Loaded 'F:\adobe\Reader\plug_ins\Title32.api', no matching symbolic information found.
--------------------------------

Can you please help me with this. I dont understand whats the difference between the two ?

Thanks & Regards,
Shantanu.
