Topic: Converting PDF to FDF programatically

Hi All,
The requirement is to export the form data in a PDF file into an FDF file (without using Acrobat suite of products).

Needed clarification on the following:
1. Can the Acrobat SDK or APIs be used with normal Win32/console applications? Here, normal implies
non-Acrobat products.
2. Is there any Acrobat/PDF library (LIB/DLL) that a normal Win32/console application can link to and
access the methods in that library?

Any pointers to where more information on this can be found will be deeply appreciated.

Thanks!
Santhosh Kumar
