Title: Product Specialist
Reports to: Area Director, North America
Experience: 2 years of prepress and/or production experience; public speaking a plus
Summary: Pre and post technical sales support for customers and co-workers; create and manage the creation of demo and sales materials; train co-workers, OEM partners and resellers on Enfocus products. Pro actively evangelize the Enfocus products to industry influencers, editors, etc.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Support ? provide support for direct and channel sales ? assessing needs and developing materials as needed; assist on sales calls, phone support, etc. Author and train on product demos.
Customer Support ? Responsible for ?second tier? customer phone support for North America
Scheduling of the above 2 functions by assessing needs, priorities and resource availability and constantly evaluate increasing their effectiveness and efficiency.
Evangelism ? Promoting the Enfocus products in a ?one-to-many? marketing strategy via attendance/sponsorship/literature through available vehicles to include the following:
? Trade shows
? Speaking engagements
? Trade Associations
? PR efforts ? editorial opportunities, product reviews
? Industry Influencers
? Partners (Adobe, Apple, etc)
