Topic: Saving data in pdf in the Reader. How?

How are they doing this? At this link they have an employment application that they are saying you can download and fill out then email back to them. So this means that the user who has only the Acrobat Reader can save their data in the form? They are not using FDF right? I want to do this same thing, allow the user to save the pdf on their system, fill it out, save it and email it. But when I make the form in Acrobat, a user who only has the Reader can't save the data, therefore they can't email it because it would be just the original form without the data.

I can't test this because I have Acrobat on my system and not just the Reader. Can anyone verify for me if it's possible to save the data using just Acrobat Reader using this form? And if so, do you know how they accomplished it?
