Hello,
Has anybody out there developed an Adobe Acrobat 5.0 plugin for using x.509 (not etrust or verisign) cetificates to sign PDFs? We run a Novell Certificate Server which is intergrated into our existing network managment system and, therefore, we want to use the certs generated by the Novell server to sign the PDFs. It would be good if the plugin could just hook up to the Windows Certicate management software to get the cert info. This would make the plugin completely universal for anybody (including etrust and verisign, etc) users to sign documents. Does anybody know of a solution like this out there or is anybody interested in developing such a plugin? I assume there would be a need for such a plugin for many origanizations down the road when they realize what digital signing docs can do for them.
Thanks,
