Does Adobe offer any server side products that compete with ActivePDF? If so, what are the key differentiators between the products? (Why would a person choose one over the other)

Here is my situation:
I am looking to create a proposal document in the PDF format directly on a server (likely in an ASP page) when requested by a user. The data for the proposal will be retrieved by calling a com object. The proposal will need to be highly dynamic and have diferent text and show different data based on the result sets returned from the object. Thinking of using ActivePDF, but need to justify why Adobe products will not work. Also evaluating WebGrabber for the solution. Thanks!
