I just downloaded the trial version of abbyy finereader and I am pleased with the results. The problem is the lack of automation. If I were to get the developers toolkit would I be able to automate it tasks. Here is what I want to do. I have a Folder and in this forlder are thousands of other folders and in those folders are about 15 to 25 images per folder. I want to tell finereader to open each folder and run the OCR to turn all the images in that folder to an excel file for each folder. I also need it to save all of the excel files to one folder. Is this possible or am I dreaming.
Thanks
