I've played with this script and it seems to work fine. However, looking at the structure of the file, I'm curious:

/Pages
[1 0 R 2 0 R]

I assume that the "1" and "2" identify the pages in the PDF. But, what does the "0 R" do? Do these set options in the PDF?
