Adobe FDF ToolKit.***** I'm having a problem with the fields on the PDF not populating with the FDF data. My PDF has templates so I'm using the AddTemplate() method. It works when I make a new FDFFileSpec object and pass a static reference to my local directory where my pdf is located but when I pass a url the PDF fields don't get populated. It opens the PDF so I know it's finding the PDF but doesn't populate the fields. I'm using Visual Age for Java with a Webshere Test Enviornment Servlet Engine. Would this be causing my problem?

Sample - The "Cover" template is my non-hidden visible template

FDFFileSpec spec = new FDFFileSpec("http://localhost:8080/ltci/LTC2.pdf");

outputFDF.AddTemplate(true,spec,"Cover", false);

//Define the FDF field values to be sent to the PDF file

outputFDF.SetValue("CompanyName", "AF Company");

outputFDF.SetValue("CustName", "John Q. Customer");

The PDF is getting called but the fields are not populated.

If I set the res.setContentType to text/html I get the fields & related data displayed.

Any thoughts? I'm stumped!

Thanks for any help.
