Dear Developers:

I have created a demo of how a pdf form interacts with a database. Please check out the following link. All the samples' serverside scripts were created automatically using a program I personally wrote.

There are four sample forms.

The Sample Purchase Order form, demonstrates the use of signature approvals, and e-mail forwarding. Use the example username and password to login. You have to be logged in to sign and send.

The other three forms are just samples of fdf and database interactions.
