PDF Sages to offer Acrobat SDK Training class

Philadelphia, PA, May 5th 2002. PDF Sages, Inc. announces its first
Acrobat SDK (Software Development Kit) Training class for anyone
interested in learning how to program Acrobat-related tools.

The class will be held on June 6th in Bethesda, Maryland as a
Post-Conference Workshop following the upcoming PDF Conference.
During the four hour session, instructor Marshall Clow will introduce
attendees to the details of the SDK and how it can be used for
developing Acrobat plug-ins (including Acrobat Reader enabled ones),
automating Acrobat via COM, and adding PDF generation facilities to
your own applications via Acrobat Distiller.

PDF Sages chose Marshall as their instructor for their first class
because he offers the important requirement that any teacher needs -
experience. Marshall is a former member of the Adobe Acrobat
Development team where he designed and wrote a number of the plugins
that currently ship with Adobe Acrobat 5.0. In addition, Marshall was
one of the most requested instructors at the Apple Developer
University and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

During the conference itself, PDF Sages' Chief Technology Officer,
Leonard Rosenthol will be on hand to present two new sessions. On
Monday, June 3rd, Leonard will be speaking about "Serving PDF's on
the Web" and on Tuesday, June 4nd, he will be speaking about
"Optimizing Graphics for PDF."
