Your CD demo should be able to include the AcroRead.exe executable, all required plug-ins, your PDF(s) and an Autorun.inf that gets the show started. As long as the command line is something like "Acroread myfile.pdf" you shouldn't have to pre-install the Acrobat reader. I'd suggest dumping all in the root of the media. You can stage all this using a CD-RW.
