Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a channel strategy to support account buying pattern
- Develop specific project plans and manage through completion
- Manage and expand both the mail order catalog accounts as well as e-tailers
The North American channel sales manager is responsible for identifying, creating and implementing strategic programs to help Enfocus become successful in both the Enterprise and Graphic Arts markets. You'll help build the overall market by attending trade shows, working with associations and developing large accounts. Must be a self-starter. Requires extensive travel in the US and Canada, and occasional travel to Europe. Compensation is substantially based on meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position reports to the Director of Sales, North America. Stock plan included as part of compensation.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of related sales experience. Must have proven experience in project management and program development. Knowledge of the software industry required with an emphasis on sales and distribution channels. Minimum sales skills include: prospecting, account planning, presentation and negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional efforts a must. Creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to interact with senior management required.
