Operations Manager:
With Enfocus?s remarkable growth, we need a mature individual to keep the ship on course. The operations manager responds to our two most important client groups: our outside customers and our own staff. He or she makes sure they get what they want when they need it -- better still, the person in this position provides the essentials and a little bit extra, even before the request comes in!
Qualifications:
He or she will be organized, self-assured and experienced and possess a great sense of humor. You're convinced that the only reason that the universe is unfolding as it should is that you saw to it that it would be! Three years of related experience preferred. This position will have one person, the Customer Support Representative, reporting to them.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee operations and customer support
- Serve as point of contact to outside bookkeeper/HR advisor (a key contractor!)
- Supervise the process whereby orders are invoiced and shipped, primarily by managing outside vendors
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, business records, etc.
- Manage and maintain the customer and prospect database
- Responsible for working with Sales & Marketing to track and maintain inventory and oversee product builds
- Work with Marketing to implement direct campaigns and help to monitor effectiveness of campaigns
- Purchase and maintain phone system
- Manage the customer and reseller relationships
- HR responsibilities: health insurance issues; new hires; vacation; office expenses; petty cash, emergency information
- Office supplies
- Trade Mark paperwork
