Sam -
PDF-Manager?'s PDF-Link? allows you to place special link tags into Quark
and then creates the links on a 2000 page book in minutes. These tags remai=n
regardless if you add or delete pages or make other changes to the Quark
source file and then export to PDF.
Contact me offline for more information. This may be the tool to help you.
