Donna,
no apology needed; everyone of us started as a beginner...
Arranging by thumbnails is probably the easiest. Just grab the page number
with the mouse and move it between the pages where it should go. For that,
you do not even need the thumbnails to be generated; just drag the "empty"
thumbnails.
