Sorry, I must mislead you a bit: I need to do it from command line when documents come to the system. I know Distiller should do the job running as a daemon, but it takes only PostScript as input, not PDF. I can run them through Excange first to convert from PDF to PS, then give'em to Distiller, but that would be too risky.
