Marcelo,
Check out PDFStore (http://www.pdfstore.com), namely the products like
Jade/Aerial/Compose. I think it's Aerial that has a PDF 2 RTF =conversion
tool.
Chances are though you may need to upgrade to Version 4 of Acrobat =(also
available at PDFStore).
