The order in which they are created is the order in which they stay - unless
you sort them manually (drag/drop etc).
There are a couple of commercial packages which can generate Bookmarks from
Table of Contents etc, this might suit? Check out Compose and Aerial from
Ambia (available from PDFStore http://www.pdfstore.com)
Bit of a bummer - Can you change the order in which you drop your documents
in? :) ...
