Daniel,
If you are you intending to insert the sound file into a PDF file, then you
need to create either a WAV or AIFF format.
Do a search on Winfiles http://www.winfiles.com for Sound programs you will
find a huge range to choose from.
If you need more help with the Acrobat side of things let us know.
