You have done well to find /H; it is not documented anywhere so far as I know.

Acrobat doesn't provide command lines for programmer's benefit; they are only there to implement shell escapes. More supported methods are in the Acrobat SDK, but I'm not at all sure even a plug-in written in C can do what you want.
