Topic: Rename PDF file based upon General Info Title

I have a bunch of PDF files which are vendor documents, and have names like:

AJ43CF.PDF
DS356K.PDF
.. etc

But these PDF's have good "Titles" in the Properties/General Info section.

Is there a method, preferably batch, which can rename the files based upon the info in the Document Properties section. Has anyone written a neat little app to do this.
