Topic: Rotating a watermark from inside a pdf file

I try some products (like StampPdf or Impress Stamper) but no one do all what I need.
Every plug-in adds a pre-formatted watermark on a pdf file (or on a group of pdf files) and that's good.
But after the superimposition I need also to dinamically rotate it with the mouse, acting from inside Acrobat.
Some suggestions?
