I am working on a project that requires my fields from an Access database to be merged with a multi page pdf. I have downloaded a preview version of the above which promised to make light work of this task. Unfortunately I can't get it to work.
I have used Acrobat to insert a couple of fields in my form and run the code below, there are no error messages and all I get is an empty pdf output file.

Where am I going wrong

My VB Code
Private Sub Command1_Click()
Dim toolkit, R, P, DSN, Options, Password, UserId, Driver
Dim path, mySql As String
Dim x As Long

path = "c:\jwm0250\"
Set toolkit = CreateObject("APToolkit.object")
R = toolkit.openinputfile(path + "jbptest.pdf")
R = toolkit.openoutputfile(path + "jbpop.pdf")
DSN = "jwms;"
Options = -1
Password = ""
UserId = "Admin"
mySql = "select * from lender"
toolkit.SetMasterQuery "DSN=jwms;", UserId, Password, Options, mySql
x = toolkit.DBToForm(True)
Set toolkit = Nothing
End Sub

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
