Topic: All text in Form Fields Invisible? Why?

I made a PDF Form with several fields. Nothing new so far.
When I open that document with Acrobat Reader 4 in several computers in my work, every text in fields is well printed.
In my customer, when the document is opened every text is well viewed but when printing everything is well printed including images except the text in fields.
For example, in check boxes only the check box is showed. In text boxes only the borders are showed.
I tried the latest 4.05 reader version.
I tried with a Laser printer (HP laserjet 5), a ink jet printer (HP 590c) and with some dot printer.
I tried on several computers in my customer without sucess.

What do you think is happening wrong there?
The fonts used is Helvetica and the correspondance there is True Type Arial MT. Is there something related with the font? Why does it work here and not there? Should it be the Murphy's Law?

Thank you for any help.
