You cannot use Acrobat on a web server - it is not licensed, as well as being technically unsuitable. Hence, you cannot use ARTS Security.

Unfortunately, there are very few solutions for making secure PDFs legally on a web server, and I don't know of any that just take an existing PDF and add security.
