I created a PDF document that has two videos imbeded. The problem that I am having is when the document is opened and the videos are played on a Hewlett Packard or Sony Viao Widows machine the audio sounds broken and scratchy(for lack of a better description). The videos were compressed with Media Cleaner Pro 4 using a lossless .mov format. In fact there were compressed using the lossless .avi format, as well. If I play the videos on a Mac or an IBM machine the audio is fine. There shouldn't be a problem with which machine I view this pdf document and play the videos. I have compressed these videos using several different audio settings but the same problem occurs. Has anyone out there had a similar problem and how did you overcome it?
