Hi everybody,

I'm happy I found such a great information source in AcroBuddies. :)

Could you tell me how to solve the following problem?

[FYI : I'm using AcrobatSDK and ActiveX (FdfAcX.dll) on Windows NT, *no* perl-style CGI scripts but pure ASP.]

On my server, I got an EMPTY PDF that wants to get filled with data. :)
Can be done very simple using the code provided by Mr Kent, for instance.

But I need to go a different way because I do NOT want to SHOW the PDF to the user, but just create the FDF from both the PDF and the sql server data, and mail it to the user.

Everything should work WITHOUT any user interaction!

(Remember we don't have much money, so we can't employ a guy who's pressing 'Submit' buttons all day ;-))

Has anyone got _that_ hint for me I need for my work?

Greetings, TIA

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
