Hopefully, this will be clear. We have about 100 brochure-type pages. Over an intranet, we want the sales rep to be able to select any number / combination of pages, then print them with a customized cover-letter.

Is this possible? If so, can it be done with "standard" Acrobat tools? or would it require a custom server-side program?

We can handle all of the browser-interface functionality (selection of pages, form submission for cover-letter, etc)... we just don't know how to go about dynamically modifying the cover-letter PDF file, and then combining the selected individual PDF files.
