To create an email link:
1. Draw a link with the link tool.
2. Set the Action Type to World Wide Web Link.
3. Edit URL and enter the text "mailto:" without the quotes. Follow the =colon with the email address.

I'm a new user of Adobe Acrobat, and
I'd like to know if there's any way of
creating a link in a PDF file that acts
as an E-Mail address. In other words,
it opens whatever mail program (Outlook,
for instance) the viewer is using. I know
I can link to a URL proper, but I'm not
sure how to do the above (if, indeed, it
can be done).
