It's possible, but usually not the best approach. I'm curious to know why you want to use a PDF for this. Thanks!

To directly link, you'd need a custom plug-in, though I'm not aware of any that do this.

If you do have some programming skills, you could use the new Forms API with Acrobat 4 and VB to directly access form fields, or you can use the poor man's approach (via FDF files) as demonstrated here: http://www.peakforms.com/projects/vb/fdf_db.zip This is really just a demo project to show how the ActiveX version of the FDF Toolkit can be used to parse an FDF, but you may find it useful.
