Hi

We are currently working on building a new system for a customer

The flow for this new sytem is as follows:
* The user enters data for a new contract on the Web, post it using a
HTML form and an application saves data in a database.
* A script extracts data from the database into some kind of flat file.
* A PDF file is delivered once a with with the actual contract. The
flat file and this PDF file should be merged into a new PDF file. This
new ly generated PDF file shoud be downloaded to the user, so he can
print it from his Web browser

The problem is, we need at tool which can merge this flat file and a standard PDF file.

Does anyone know what to do?
