Online forms using PDF

Does anyone have any experience on how to use Acrobat 5.0 and complementing software/development to achieve the following online form requirements:

a) Ability to import data using XML from a database to pre-populate an online form (created by Acrobat 5.0)

For example, a user enters a site by entering their login and password. They go to a web page with an online form and it automatically fills in the generic fields eg name, address...
(since the user previously completed their details when registering on the site, ie regster once and saves retyping common details)

b) Reuse sections of the online form in a modular way, without repeating the code.

For example, online form X requires a section on Personal information that includes name and address. If a user brings up another online form, Y, that form also requires the user to fill in the same personal information. Rather than than repeating the code to generate that personal information section for each form, is it possible to bring up the build code once and deploy as you need to ? ie greater efficieny

c) Is there a way to develop the online form so that a user can save a section that's partly filled in and continue later on after they have logged off ?

It would be much appreciated if anyone can assist with the above requirements.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
