Topic: Javascript & vb + misc ?'s

I have recently purchased the Adobe Acrobat 5, and have searched the SDK extensively, but have failed to find answers to 4 questions/concerns I have. If anyone could help me with any of these, I would be very thankful.
1) VB can easily connect and work with Adobe and the javascript, however is there anyway I can trigger vb events using Javascript?
2) Is there anyway to stop the Ctrl + O (etc.) keystrokes in Adobe?
3) Can I stop the javascript console from appearing? I looked at the console object, and tried console.hide, however it didn't work. I would actually like to throw it in a log file if possible.
4) The area to the left that has the bookmarks it possible to make it so the user can't access this in anyway? I would like to actually get rid of it all together.
Any help would be greatly appreciated....
