I do not know which of the common Javascript function are available in
Acrobat (of course I know the JS-PDF delivered with Acrobat 4, but this
mostly covers the Field-Object.

1 How can I detect if QuickTime is properly installed on the machine
Acrobat Reader is running on? Can I call the installation Program
(and/or other applications) from within Acrobat? What special things are

useful to know?

2 How can I set up the memory settings for a Reader running from CDROM
on the Mac?

3 How can I make the Reader wait a certain time before continuing (Video

has to loop in the meantime)? Wait() and sleep() do not work.

4 How can I show and hide a graphic image on a page using Javascript
(not using a Field)?

5 How can I exchange a graphic image at a location on a page?

6 Can I create a link to an external plain-text file to be shown in a
text field in an Acrobat document?

7 How can I start and stop a video clip using Javascript?

8 How can I change the current focus (dotted line around it) on fields
using JS?

9 How can I detect the current position of the mouse pointer?

Thank You very much for Your help.
