Topic: JavaScript: execMenuItem: does 'Copy' really work in Reader 4.05

I am working on a form (what else ...), and would like to put some
information on the clipboard.

I am able to set the focus on the field, I am also able to select the whole
field contents with

app.execMenuItem("SelectAll") ;

BUT, it seems not possible to then get the field contents into the
clipboard with

app.execMenuItem("Copy") ;

According to the documentation, there is no reason why it should not work
with Reader 4.05, but when I display the clipboard, I still see the old

Am I missing something, or is it actually not working?

Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks a lot
