Topic: Large FDF's and AuthentiX

I am experiencing a problem with viewing PDF files from a AuthentiX protected directory. The problem occurs when I try to view the PDF, what happens is I get another AuthentiX log in prompt after I have already logged on successfully. At first I thought the problem could of been the size of the PDF (96MG) but the problem occurs in much smaller PDF's as well (14.5MG.) I know believe that problem has to do with the number of pages in the PDF, anything over 200 pages gives me the error. I know that I can split up the PDF but my customer does not like that idea.
Do you have any idea why AuthentiX would re-prompt on a large PDF? When it re-prompts it is in the same "AuthentiX realm." Any suggestions on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
