Okay, to clarify, because I appreciate all your ideas and want them to really hit the mark:
The workflow is like this:
in our checkout tunnel some data is sent to an XML message renderer which produces an HTML email for the recipient. some recipients will need to get this offline as a printed certificate, so for them we save the HTML string in a SQL Server table keyed by order number, etc. I need to grab those HTML strings (1 to 300 per order) from the db and PRINT them, when the warehouse gets to the order fulfillment (a few days after placed on the site). So I am grabbing a batch of HTML files and DOING SOMETHING (anything that'll work!!) to get them all sent to the print spooler -- hopefully with a minimum of outside coding and a maximum of preexisting tool use. We just bought a 12000 Techtronix printer for the warehouse -- if this is not against message board policy, then let me say if anyone can email me a working solution I will happily pay for it. If that is NOT okay here, then please, I am in desperate need of a preassembled solution -- the timeline is nil!
(No user to manually run the conversions or confirm print jobs -- it all needs to be automated.)
