Thanks for getting back to me. The reason I want to do this, is that my customer is a photography school. When they get an order from another school to come and take photographs, they fill in a word template with prices etc. The only 2 variables that are used are the number of children per class and the number of classes in the school. These variables do not have to be passed on in the data stream. IF a PDF is created from the Word template, all I would need is to open the PDF and print it with Exchange using 2 variables that are entered at print time. #of children per class and #of classes per school. What I would get out of the printer then would be the number of classes, each off set, and each job containing the number of children per class.....
