I am using the PDFLibrary to create Link Annotaion on a PDF file, that I am creating.

As a destination I am using a CosString which I have added also to the Name Tree I have created

Here are parts of the PDF (one picture is better than a 1000 word)

/*The Annot obj */
6 0 obj
/Type /Annot
/Subtype /Link
/Rect [ 90 769 116 779 ]
/Border [ 0 0 0 ]
/Dest (Test)

/* NameTree */
9 0 obj
<< /DestinationTree 10 0 R >>
10 0 obj
<< /Names [ (Test)8 0 R] >>

/* Explicit destination obj */
8 0 obj
<< /D [ 5 0 R /XYZ 100 116 null ] >>

/* page to which need to goto */
5 0 obj
/Type /Page
/MediaBox [ 0 0 595 841 ]
/Parent 2 0 R
/Annots 7 0 R
/Contents 15 0 R
/Resources << /ColorSpace << /CS0 12 0 R >> /Font << /TT0 13 0 R >> /ProcSet [ /PDF /Text ] >>

As things are shown here, nothing happens when I click the annotation.
When I to the explicit destination obj (<< /D [ 5 0 R /XYZ 100 116 null ] >> ) and set it directly as the value for the /Dest kry of the Annot, I have jumped to the right place, when I click the annotation.

What have I done wrong with the NameTree ?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
