I am developing a web based marketing materials library.

Users are to be able to upload their original docs and these could be in any format from Word to Corel to Indesign to PageMaker to jpg etc etc etc.

I need a server side utility/library to create 2 things on the fly upon upload :
1. PDF file of the uploaded doc (for preview before download of large original file)
2. Thumbnail image of the uploaded doc (for preview of the recources in a category), possibly jpeg or even one pdf page with several thumbs for multiple page docs.

Can anyone recommend something please ? or even point me in the right direction to look elsewhere please ?

Kind Regards,

Bridea.
