Topic: Need to conver PDF to EPS for VB
Conf: (P-PDF) Developers, Msg: 54867

I an trying to user the FilePrintTo DDE instruction to force a PDF output to a PostScript file for later use but I keep getting the method "Foreign application won't perform DDE Method or operation". Is there a limit on the version of Reader which will use the FilePrintTo command. The DDE Docs say it will run with Reader. I am Using the 4.05 O823 1:26 Prerelease version of the Reader.

I hasve alsoe discoverd that Exchange is supposed to allow me to convert to EPS which is a better fro me, as I was intending to force the print file to and eps to be manually merged in a postscript document. Does anyone know of any a good example of how to do this or something similar in VB" I'm primarlily a Cobol programmer and an trying to learn enough VB to make this work.

Thanks
