I will be using an server running NT and the web server software is Lotus Domino Go, NOT IIS.

Can I use a submit button to send the form data to a compiled VB executable which calls the methods in the ActiveX FDF Toolkit? Basically, I want a VB .exe to be in the URL (http:\\web\cgi\formhandler.exe#fdf). Then, in the VB .exe, I want to call those methods in the ActiveX DLL that you have to register with NT. I know I have to set up the MIME type also. I want to call FDFSaveToFile so I can save the incoming data to an FDF file on the server.
