Topic: Not Enough Zoom at 1600%

What do you do when 1600% zoom isn't enough?

I am creating PDF files of Visio flowcharts of mainframe batch jobstreams. Some of the flowcharts are ridiculously large. I cannot break them up into smaller multiple pages since that would defeat the purpose of providing “the big picture” of the jobstream.

They are created via PDFWriter just fine, but when viewed the zoom level is not enough to see the text values inside the job boxes. I zoom in to 1600% but the text is still too small to make out. Essentially I need a 2400% or more zoom value.

I am not using any compression and am creating at 600 DPI in order to go for quality.

I’m sure someone else has hit this problem. What’s the solution?

I have attached a PDF file that demonstrates my exact problem.

Thank you for your attention everyone.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
