I am new PDF programmer and trying to find some documentation for PDF programming. Here is the task that I need to do:

I have bunch of PDF files that have similar formats. What I need to do is parse them and extract the content, and use it for sectioning. . Output can be of any format. I downloaded the SDK from Adobe site but it does not give enough examples. I have full version of Adobe Acrobat 4.0. I will use Visual Basic on NT workstation to interact with PDF files. I am not sure of original source of the PDF files since I download them from a web site.

I contacted Adobe but they told me that all the help on this subject is on their web site. I could not find what exactly I am looking for on the site. I believe that (correct me if I am wrong) most of the libraries come from a third party.

What I would like to have is a good source, manual or documentation about SDK.It would be great if someone can refer me any source. It also would be nice to know if there other SDK available for Adobe Acrobat.

Thanks in advance,

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
