Wasn't sure if this was a developer question or a general....but here it is:

I have a pdf file (30k)that i created that contains 2 tif images inside it, the file comes up and has no errors. When printing to a local printer (HP LaserJet 2100 with the HP LaserJet 2100 print driver) it takes 4 minutes to print this pdf file from acrobat reader. But when I print to the network printer a HP5si, it only takes 30 seconds. I looked at the size of the print job on the local printer send and its like 2 megabytes!!! Compared to only 200K on the network printer. The computer its printing from is only a pentium 200 with 64mb of ram
and Win95. I'm using reader version 5.

Do I need some special post script driver to print this pdf file faster, is it because the driver has to spent all of its time resolving my imagages to pcl? If anyone has any clue regarding this problem I would really appreciate it!!!

Thanks in advance!!!
