Topic: PDFMark: Text State operators & multiline fields?

I have recently been experimenting with PDFMarks to enhance our forms collection, and have discovered what I think is a bug in the implementation. None of the "enhanced" text state operators (such as Tz, Tc or Tw) have any effect if the multiline flag (Ff 4096) is set for the field, although they work fine for single line fields. I am using Acrobat 5.0 for Windows.

Does anyone know if this is either a known bug, or a (very annoying) intentional "feature?" (My original intent in testing all of this was to see if I could get the text state operator "TL" to work (text leading) -- which obviously would have no effect UNLESS I could get it to work in a multiline field). If this is a known issue, are there any plans for a fix in a future patch or release that anyone knows of?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
