Topic: Plug-in that do security with license PLEASE HELP

I am terribly sorry to bother you. First of all please forgive me for disturbing you. Second of all I have several questions as I am currently developing a plug-in to do the following:

An encrypted PDF content (encrypted without using the built-in standard security setting ) is read. The encrypted PDF content is associated with some kind of license (pure text). The license is read, and the key is in the license. The encrypted PDF content is decrypted with the key retrieved from the license, and also the rights the user have on the PDF content is controlled. For example, if the license says the user has no right to print the PDF content, the PRINT function of Acrobat is disabled.

My questions are very simple. I just need someone expert as you can tell me the answer please:

1. Is it possible to do that? Could you please give me some hints?

2. How to control the functions of Acrobat for example the PRINT function? Is it possible to do it with the SDK provided?

3. Do you think it would be easy to acomplish the task as stated above? How long do you think as an expert like you can finish the task?

Please help me. I am out of ways now. Please. Thanks. Wish you all the best.

Best regards
Jordan
