Topic: Poor Logos on the screen

I have a logo that must appear on every page of a PDF
manual I'm creating. The problem is that the graphic
prints very well but looks awful on the screen. I have
tried every graphic format available and the client is
still not happy with the logo.

I've noticed that fonts seem to look good at almost any
size, if I convert my logo to a font will it distill
properly and look sharper? If so, what software would
you recommend for doing this? I've got both PC's and
Mac's, and produce the files in Quark 4.10 and distill
with Acrobat Distiller 4.0.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
